CRM consulting

A CRM that reflects how you actually sell.

Rapid Solutions works with service businesses whose CRM holds plenty of records but little clarity. We rebuild pipeline structure, follow up, and reporting so the system shows what is really happening between inquiry and revenue.

What we see

Where CRMs quietly stop working.

These are the patterns behind most stalled pipelines in service businesses.

The CRM is a contact list, not a pipeline

Stages describe what the team hopes happens rather than what actually moves a deal forward, so nothing is reliably forecastable.

Follow up depends on memory

There is no standard cadence, so persistence varies by person, by week, and by how busy the calendar is.

Data quality blocks reporting

Missing sources, duplicate records, and optional fields make every report an argument about the numbers.

Automation was added before structure

Sequences and triggers sit on top of stages nobody agreed on, which multiplies the confusion instead of removing work.

How the work runs

Structure first, automation second.

Every engagement starts with the diagnosis, then moves only as far as the findings justify.

1

Diagnose the current setup

We review how leads enter the CRM, who owns them, how stages are defined, and where records go quiet.

2

Rebuild the pipeline structure

Stages, required fields, ownership rules, and exit criteria are rewritten so each step reflects real buying behavior.

3

Standardize follow up

Cadence, timing, message quality, and next action rules are documented, then automated only where automation helps.

4

Make reporting usable

Source quality, response time, pipeline movement, and conversion get a single view an owner can read in a minute.

Scope

What a CRM engagement covers.

Scope is set after the review so you are not paying for cleanup the business does not need.

  • Pipeline and stage design
  • Lead routing and ownership
  • Required fields and data hygiene
  • Follow up sequences and reminders
  • Handoff between sales and delivery
  • Owner level dashboards and reporting
Questions

Before you reach out.

Which CRM platforms do you work with?

The work is platform agnostic. The diagnosis focuses on pipeline logic, ownership, follow up, and reporting, which apply regardless of the tool your team already pays for.

Do we need a new CRM?

Usually not. Most conversion problems come from unclear stages and inconsistent follow up rather than from the software itself. If a change is genuinely warranted, we say so in the findings.

How does CRM consulting relate to the Growth Systems Audit?

The audit is the diagnostic starting point. CRM work is one of the areas it reviews, and implementation is scoped separately once the findings show what is worth changing.

What does it cost?

Engagements start with an audit from $500 for a narrow scope, with the core audit typically between $750 and $1,500. Implementation sprints are quoted separately based on the findings.
