Rapid Solutions is a growth systems consultancy based in Birmingham, Alabama. This policy explains what we collect on rapidbham.com, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, the problem area you select, and any context you write. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring page, and campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.

We use this only to reply to your inquiry, confirm fit, and scope an audit. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.

Analytics and consent

We use privacy friendly analytics to understand which pages and buttons are useful. Nothing is recorded until you accept the consent banner. If you decline, no analytics events are collected. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser.

Analytics events record page paths and button interactions. They do not record your name, email address, or the contents of the contact form.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for as long as they remain useful for the client relationship, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email dedric@rapidbham.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Third parties

The site is hosted and served by our infrastructure providers, who process data only to deliver the site and store submissions on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
